The Right Place Headquarters
Triangle was hired by The Right Place, a regional non-profit economic development organization, to renovate their new office space in downtown Grand Rapids. This project included a new interior fit out of approximately 10,000 sq ft. on the fourth floor of the historic Ledyard Building. Specific work included mechanical and plumbing upgrades, new lighting fixtures, flooring, casework, doors and hardware. A well developed site logistics plan for this project was critical as work was being performed in a finished, occupied building in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids. The result was a state-of-the-art office complete with the latest in office technology and finishes. Our previous work in the Ledyard Building gave us a unique understanding of the logistical requirements needed to accomplish a renovation of this type.
