Miller Hall Renovations
The Miller Hall renovations was a joint summer project to make upgrades to the dormitory and the near dining hall, the Rock Cafe. Our team was able to complete renovations to Miller Hall in just 13 short weeks to minimize disruption to students and faculty. The students at Ferris State were able to enjoy their newly renovated dormitory in time for the 2023 fall semester.
The modernized design transformed a one-bedroom suite into an inviting social lounge, with abundant natural light. Additionally, we’ve introduced a dedicated study room on each floor, creating versatile spaces where students can cook, engage in recreational activities, or simply unwind and socialize.
