Addition Construction Management LEED Occupied Campus Renovation

This multi-phase renovation and addition to Grand Rapids Community College’s Applied Technology Center (ATC) saw 31,000 sq ft of improvements to student study spaces, machine tool lab, general education classrooms, and CAD/CAM labs. A new 18,900 sq ft, two-story addition was also constructed as part of GRCC’s School of Workforce Development.

This project is pursuing LEED Silver Certification.
