First & Main of Lewis Center
The First & Main of Lewis Center is a three-level senior living facility with 104 units. The facility offers two floors of assisted living (60 units) and one floor dedicated to Alzheimer’s and Memory Care residents (44 units). This senior living facility features a “Main Street” concept to offer the residents a multitude of amenities and opportunities, including multiple dining areas, a bistro, theater, chapel, green house, healing gardens, art studio, spa, therapy pool and fitness center.
This project was completed on an accelerated schedule to meet the owner’s goals for resident occupancy.
