Triangle successfully completed Schoolcraft Elementary School, a cutting-edge $30 million educational facility designed for pre-kindergarten through sixth grade students. This two-story building accommodates four sections per grade level, integrating the latest in educational technology in every classroom.

Key Features:
– Innovative Design and Technology: Each classroom is outfitted with state-of-the-art teaching systems, ensuring a modern and effective learning environment. The building also incorporates advanced security measures, including cameras, card access, and secure glass.

– Playground Excellence: The design of the playground spaces, heavily influenced by teacher and student recommendations, received a “Project of Excellence Award” for adhering to best practices in youth fitness. Three separate playgrounds cater to different age groups, enhancing both safety and engagement.

– Site Coordination: The new school was constructed on the same site as, and adjacent to, the fully operational high school. This required the relocation of tennis courts and careful coordination around existing baseball and softball fields. The two-story design allowed the new building to fit efficiently on the existing site.

– Phasing and Utility Management: The project necessitated extensive phasing and coordination to share, add, and extend existing high school campus parking and drives. This included working around and tying into existing utilities while maintaining uninterrupted service to the existing buildings.- Budget Efficiency: The project was completed 2% under budget, highlighting Triangle Associates’ effective project management and cost control.

Schoolcraft Elementary exemplifies Triangle Associates’ ability to deliver high-quality educational facilities that integrate modern technology, community values, and efficient site use.
