Arcadia Flats
As part of Western Michigan University’s plan to re-imagine its southern portion of campus, Arcadia Flats will be constructed on the former Elmwood Apartments site.
The overarching design goals of this new housing project includes providing the latest and greatest in student housing amenities, incorporating cutting-edge design elements geared toward the student of the future, and refreshing the visual identity of the university along the very visible Stadium Drive corridor.
This $61 million project will provide 200 units of updated, modern housing for students. This project will be pursuing LEED Silver Certification and is the first project in West Michigan to have a complete prefabricated building envelope system.
