Antoine Court
Triangle worked with Grand Rapids Housing Commission (GRHC) to create affordable, low-income housing in the Grand Rapids area. Antoine Court, located on Division Avenue between Antoine Street SW and Delaware Street SW in downtown Grand Rapids, is a new, 56,000 sq ft housing facility. The housing development is specifically tailored to meet the needs of homeless veterans, adults with disabilities, and seniors ages 62 and older.
The three-story structure includes fifty 690 sq ft one-bedroom apartments. All apartments will be able to convert to barrier-free units as necessary.
