Start Garden
Triangle worked with Start Garden, a local organization that helps fund startups and businesses, on the renovation of its new 15,000 sq ft office located on the entire second floor of the historic Trust Building (40 Pearl) in downtown Grand Rapids. The 15,000 sq ft space was transformed into a modern and state-of-the-art office environment complete with the latest in technology and finishes. Work will include removing and rebuilding walls for new office layouts, mechanical and electrical upgrades throughout, restoration of various historical elements, new bathrooms, new flooring and lighting throughout. Triangle has completed multiple renovations in the Trust building over past few years. Our knowledge of this building gave us the unique advantage of foreseeing many potential obstacles that we could pass on to our client, thereby saving them potential delays in the schedule and budgeting issues during construction.
