Triangle has a strong working relationship with the Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts. Construction on the original project was completed by a dedicated team in August 2010. That project was a unique initiative creating one of the nations first LEED certified facilities that unites non-profit, government, retail and residential components.
We were invited back to continue our legacy of functional and flexible space creation on this latest phase of construction. Our work primarily involved interior renovations and completion of work not previously authorized. There was also two small conference rooms, on the main floor, that were renovated to double as classrooms.
